Clinical AI for physicians has moved into production. It runs inside imaging triage, decision support, ambient documentation, and dosing recommendations in hospitals across India and the world.

OpenEvidence reports 757,000 verified US physician users. Aidoc's radiology AI runs in 1,600 plus medical centers. Microsoft Dragon Copilot is deployed across 150 plus health systems. Mumbai built Qure.ai operates across 3,100 plus sites in 90 countries. In India, Apollo Hospitals launched its Clinician Copilot at IHD 2026. Medanta deploys Qure.ai across four hospitals. AIIMS Delhi runs AI triage on chest radiographs at volumes up to 1,000 per day. The systems are live. The training has yet to follow.

What you will learn

The Sororium Fellowship for Physicians covers the AI tools you will encounter at the bedside in 2026 and the skills required to work with them safely.

  • Reading test characteristics. AUROC, sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, and how each behaves on locally validated populations.
  • Distinguishing discrimination from calibration. A model can rank patients correctly and still produce systematically overconfident risk estimates.
  • Recognizing dataset shift. Models decay after deployment. The clinician must know how to detect it.
  • Continuous organ trajectory interpretation and the MOISS framework for intervention timing windows.
  • Constructing prompts for clinical large language models while protecting patient information.
  • Documenting AI assisted decisions for medico legal defensibility under Indian regulatory standards.

The credential

Twelve to sixteen weeks. Hybrid format. Online instruction, supervised case review, and three remote proctored assessments. Fellows who complete all three are admitted to the institution and awarded the Sororium Fellowship credential.

Register your interest

The 2026 Founding Cohort is limited to a small group of admitted physicians across partner institutions. Registration of interest is open below.
